Our 1 month warrantee policy: Items that were received damaged by the buyer may be covered by our warranty if proper pictures and description of the damage is provided. The warranty will cover quality control related issues or major flaws that are discovered during a 1 month period. We will not replace burnt out motors, or other components that are susceptible to wear from normal use.
The steps to making a purchase: 1. Contact us by the email provided at checkout saying what model you would want to purchase. 2. We will respond shortly asking you about what additional features, components, and power you would like for your model. 3. Answer all the questions, or if you want the basic version let us know. 4. We will take note of all the specs, give you the final price, and ask for the payment details. 5. You pre pay and we start building it for you.
Payment: To prevent fraud we have to have you, and our customers pre pay with a payment method that you prefer. Although our preferred method would be PayPal, we accept other payment methods such as Cashapp ect.
Our service: After payment is complete, we begin the building prosses. (Please note that building can take up to 1 month depending on the model). After building has finished, we will ship it. We will ship it via UPS, or freight. Our products are made to order to ensure the best quality, and satisfaction from our buyers
Side notes: We do not accept responsibility for misuse and injury of the product. Nor will we by any means repair a product that was abused, or crashed. Our cars are not street legal and it is the buyers responsibility to register the vehicle. We are happy to sell parts for repairs to our buyers. Although they are fast enough our cars are not allowed for highway use, and the buyer assumes all responsibility for use. Adding features on our cars adds up to a greater final price. The starting price is the cost of the base model. Buyer pays for shipping. We also allow the buyer to create their own custom design .
